Business owners, DBA's, Individual entities, retail entities, Corporations: LLC, C, S type entities, any and all types of business, who purchase wholesale products from La Bella Co, La Bella Company, La Bella Face and Body, Nature's Gift Market and our DBA's are not allowed to re-brand our products, nor re-label our products to suit their company, companies, wants, desires and need. All of our branding belongs one hundred percent to: La Bella Co, La Bella Company, La Bella Face and Body, Nature's Gift Market and our DBA's., unless given permission in writing from the owner of La Bella Co, La Bella Company, La Bella Face and Body, Nature's Gift Market and our DBA's.
In order to become a wholesale partner, our policies and procedures are to be read and understood by someone representing your company, companies, regardless of the type of business entity your company is owned and operates as, under, title. This includes any and all types of business entity) and any and all types of personnel and his / her position(s) within your company.
Your company agrees to and admits that a person(s) from your company will or has read and agrees and understands La Bella Co, La Bella Company, La Bella Face and Body, Nature's Gift Market and our DBA's, statement and policies and procedures listed above. Your company agrees to and understands that the contact person(s)and business name, and person(s) representing your company, listed on our wholesale agreement, any and all personnel whom represents your company is representing your company as a complete whole, one hundred percent of, to and for your company, companies regardless of the type of business entity.
In the event of the sale of your company, companies, properties, all business entities within your company agrees to provide and transfer to the new ownership, La Bella Co, La Bella Company, La Bella Face and Body, Nature's Gift Market and our DBA's, statement and policies and procedures listed above.
